Finally see where your money goes — and start saving.

Snap a receipt or drop in a statement — Pipa sorts it, shows where your money goes, and helps you save. No bank logins.

Another month gone, nothing saved, no idea where it went?

Other trackers make you type in every expense — so you stop, and the money keeps slipping away.

Pipa tracks it all for you — so you can finally see where it goes, and keep more of it.

How Pipa works

Three screens. That's the whole app.

Step 1

Budget — decide what to spend

Set an amount per category. Next month copies it forward, so you tweak instead of rebuild.

Step 2

Spent — post what you actually spent, without typing

Snap a receipt or drop in a statement. Pipa reads the merchant, amount, date and category — a grocery receipt even gets split item by item.

Step 3

Results — see where it went

Budget vs. spent, per category, every month. Green means money saved.

Do it solo, or split it with someone

Send a link — your partner adds to the same budget, in real time.

Your own space stays yours, right alongside.

Private by default

Money is personal. We built Pipa so it never has to leave your hands to be useful.

We never touch your bank

No account logins, no screen-scraping, no third-party aggregator holding your credentials. You bring the data in on your terms.

Your household, walled off

Every space is isolated at the database level. Your numbers are visible to the people you invite — and no one else.

Your data stays yours

Export it, delete your account, take it with you. Built on open, portable SQL — you're never locked in.

Questions, answered

Do I have to connect my bank account?
Never. You add expenses by snapping a receipt, uploading a statement, or typing one in. Your banking credentials stay with your bank.
What can I upload?
Photos of receipts, PDF statements, and CSV or Excel exports. Pipa figures out the format and pulls the transactions out — and a receipt gets broken down item by item, so you know exactly what the groceries were.
Can I use it with my partner?
Yes — create a shared household, send an invite link, and you both add to the same budget. You can also keep a separate personal space.
What does it cost?
Getting started is free. [Pricing details TODO.]
